Dunedin Taxis provides taxis to and from selected motel accommodation and to or from the Dunedin International Airport

To receive the discount - pre-book your travel or show the TaxiTag card to your Dunedin Taxis driver.

If you have a cell phone call: 0800 50 50 10 and ask for the service you require. Advise you are eligible for the TaxiTag scheme because you are staying at Motel name and these details will be entered into your booking.
For your convenience we have made cards available for you to use while staying in Dunedin. If you are a frequent visitor to our city, please contact us via admin@dunedintaxis.co.nz with your name and contact details and we will send a Discount card out to you. Showing this to the driver of a Dunedin Taxi will entitle you to the 10% discount if you are travelling to or from your motel. Customers can request a TaxiTag card from one of the selected accommodation or from Dunedin Taxis for any return transport to Dunedin.
Conditions:
- Travel must be direct to/from accommodation for the discount to apply
- Discount only applies to listed accommodation, unless by arrangement with Dunedin Taxis
- Vans are 10% discount off metered fare.
- Prices are subject to change - pricing changes will be posted on the website
- Alterations of this agreement are at the digression of Dunedin Taxis
Customer Loyalty Card
Successfully running since 2006
The Dunedin Taxis Customer Loyalty Card offers you the chance to win $50 worth of taxi vouchers. Complete six taxi rides and go into the weekly draw. Request a card from your driver and have them fill in the details each time you travel. Completed cards can be given to drivers to enter into the weekly draw. Completed cards must be received no later than 8:30am on the Tuesday prior to each Wednesday's draw. Any cards received after this time will be entered into the following week's draw.
The weekly prize draw takes places at the office of Dunedin Taxis every Wednesday at approximately 11am. Winners will be notified and details are published in the Star newspaper each Thursday.
This offer is not open to shareholders of Dunedin Taxis, staff, or their families.
